Recipe of the Month Meats & Seafood - Lemon Baked Salmon



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 pounds salmon
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • Lemon pepper seasoning, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
In a baking dish, add foil. Lay salmon on foil. Mix corn oil, pepper, and lemon juice from half of lemon. Pour over salmon and sprinkle lightly with lemon pepper seasoning. Slice the other half of lemon and lay over top. Bake at 350ยบ for one hour or until salmon is done.
