Pineapple Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mild Cheddar cheese, grated

1 (81/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup finely chopped pecans

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

2 tablespoons onion, grated
-
1 teaspoon seasoning salt

INSTRUCTIONS |
Save at least 1/2 cup pecans to roll balls in once made. Mix all ingredients together and chill slightly. Shape into balls and roll in pecans. |
