Appetizers - Vegetable Garden Dip



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped, unpeeled cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Dash of garlic salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours. Makes 2 cups. Serve with vegetable dippers: cucumber, green pepper strips, celery, cauliflower pieces, broccoli pieces, carrot slices, turnip strips, squash slices, etc.
