Caramel Apple Salad

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 small apples

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits with juice

1 (3-ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping

INSTRUCTIONS |
Cut apples into bite-size pieces. Mix pineapples with juice and apples. Sprinkle with pudding; mix well. Add pecans and whipped topping. Mix and chill. |
