Fruits and Vegetables - Roasted Broccoli



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and fresh-ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 500ยบ. Wash and drain broccoli; pat dry. Cut into florets. In a large bowl, toss broccoli with oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Arrange florets in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast, turning once, for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Be careful not to burn.
