INGREDIENTS |
- 1 carton whipping cream

1/3 cup flour

4 large yellow apples

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple
-
1/2 stick butter or margarine

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup pecans, chopped
-
Red maraschino cherries for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix flour and sugar well. Stir into whipping cream. Add pineapple. Cook in a double boiler until thick. Remove from heat and add butter; cool. While cooling, peel and dice apples. Add apples and nuts to cooked mixture and stir well. Top with cherries. |
