INGREDIENTS |
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup honey

1 cup sugar

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup chopped nuts

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon baking soda

11/4 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

Icing:
-
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla
-
2 tablespoons water
-
2 tablespoons honey
-
2-4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

INSTRUCTIONS |
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients until evenly blended. Press into a well-greased cookie sheet pan; bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Icing: Mix icing ingredients until well blended and thin enough to spread. Spread on warm bars. Cut bars and remove from pan. |
