Jalapeño Pepper Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS |
- 6-8 slices bacon, diced and cooked crispy

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup mayonnaise

4-6 jalapeños, chopped and seeded (seeds will make it fiery hot)

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup diced green onion
-
Topping:
-
1 cup crushed crackers (such as Ritz)

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
-
1/2 stick butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS |
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir well. Transfer to an oven-proof dish (size depends on how thick you want the dip — the thicker the dip, the longer it may need to warm up). Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. |
