Appetizers - Jane’s Bacon Roll-Ups



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pounds sliced bacon
  • 1/2 pound pork sausage
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 11/2 cups herb stuffing mix
  • 1 egg, beaten

INSTRUCTIONS
Cut bacon into three sections. Separate slices and refrigerate.
Cook and drain sausage. Melt butter in water; mix together with sausage, stuffing, and egg in a large bowl. Form small balls of mixture. Wrap 1 piece bacon around each ball and secure with a toothpick. Place on baking rack with slots so bacon will drain into pan below. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes.
