Jane’s Bacon Roll-Ups

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 pounds sliced bacon

1/2 pound pork sausage

1 stick butter
-
1/2 cup water
-
11/2 cups herb stuffing mix

1 egg, beaten
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Cut bacon into three sections. Separate slices and refrigerate. Cook and drain sausage. Melt butter in water; mix together with sausage, stuffing, and egg in a large bowl. Form small balls of mixture. Wrap 1 piece bacon around each ball and secure with a toothpick. Place on baking rack with slots so bacon will drain into pan below. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes. |
