Hot Pepper Mustard

INGREDIENTS |
- 42 mild hot banana peppers

6 green bell peppers
-
1 pint mustard
-
1 quart vinegar
-
1 tablespoon salt
-
4 cups sugar
-
1 cup flour
-
11/2 cups water
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Clean and grind the peppers. Mix together with mustard, vinegar, salt, and sugar in a kettle; bring to a boil. Mix flour with water and add to pepper mixture. Boil five minutes. Pour into jars and seal. Yield: 10 pints. |
