Recipe of the Month Appetizers - Sweet Pepper-Mango Salsa



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 chopped yellow pepper
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 chopped and seeded jalapeño pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Stir together chopped red bell pepper, chopped yellow pepper, chopped mango, chopped and seeded jalapeƱo pepper, chopped cilantro, fresh orange juice, salt, and ground red pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Serve over grilled meats and fish or as an appetizer with toasted pita chips.
