Meats & Seafood - Corn Dogs



INGREDIENTS
  • 2/3 cup yellow corn meal
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Hot dogs
  • Enough oil for deep frying

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients except oil and hot dogs. Stick a wooden skewer in end of each hot dog and dip in corn meal mixture until completely coated. Drop in hot oil and cook until golden brown. Serve with additional mustard.
