| INGREDIENTS |
- 2/3 cup yellow corn meal
-
2/3 cup flour
-
1 teaspoon sugar
-
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
-
1 large egg
-
1/3 cup milk
-
Hot dogs
-
Enough oil for deep frying

| INSTRUCTIONS |
| Mix all ingredients except oil and hot dogs. Stick a wooden skewer in end of each hot dog and dip in corn meal mixture until completely coated. Drop in hot oil and cook until golden brown. Serve with additional mustard. |
