8 cups whole milk, divided

1/2 pint whipping cream

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 tablespoon peppermint flavoring

Green food coloring, if desired

1 (10-ounce) bag mini chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS |
ps milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil. Stir in 6 cups milk, whipping cream, salt, vanilla, peppermint flavoring, and enough green food coloring to reach the desired color. Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Stir in chocolate chips. |
