Garlic Pesto Salad

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 box bowtie pasta

1/2 pound bacon
-
1 small jar sundried tomatoes, chopped

1 small red bell pepper, chopped

1 small can Mexican diced tomatoes, drained

3 cloves garlic, minced, divided
-
3 tablespoons pesto

INSTRUCTIONS |
Cook pasta and drain. Cut bacon in 1-inch pieces and cook until lightly browned; drain. Place pasta in large bowl. Add tomatoes, pepper, 2 cloves minced garlic, bacon, and pesto; mix together. Sprinkle remaining garlic on top and mix again. |
