Chinese Snow Peas

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 cups whole fresh peas

1/2 cup matchstick carrots or thin-sliced carrots

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 cup cashews
-
2 teaspoons butter
-
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS |
Heat vegetable oil on high. Sauté peas and carrots until crisp-tender. Add soy sauce and sesame oil; blend for 1 minute. Add cashews and butter, stirring until butter melts. Serve warm. |
