Seven Layer Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans, heated

1 cup sour cream

1 (.78-package) taco seasoning mix

1 cup tomatoes, diced

1 (4.25-ounce) jar diced green chilies, drained

1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained

3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
-
3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Salsa and tortilla chips

INSTRUCTIONS |
Spread warm beans on a 10-inch serving platter. Combine sour cream and seasoning mix; spread over beans. Layer remaining ingredients over sour cream mixture. Serve with salsa and chips. Yield: Six to eight servings. |
