INGREDIENTS |
- 1 large onion, chopped

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1 cup chopped celery and leaves

2 tablespoons olive oil

11/2 pounds ground beef

1 (28-ounce) can tomatoes

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 (15-ounce) cans chili hot beans

INSTRUCTIONS |
In large pot, cook onion, pepper, and celery in oil until translucent. Add beef and brown. PureƩ tomatoes in blender; add to meat. Add remaining ingredients; cook slowly for two hours. |
