Recipe of the Month Sandwiches - A, B, C Sandwich



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium apple, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 12 slices bread, toasted and buttered
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 6 tomato slices

INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine cheese, apple, salad dressing or mayonnaise, and walnuts. Spread on 6 slices of bread; place 2 slices of bacon on each. Cover with egg slices. Top with tomato slices and remaining slices of bread.
