Meats & Seafood - Beef Burgundy



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pounds beef, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup red cooking wine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

INSTRUCTIONS
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Combine all ingredients in a cast-iron pot. Cover and cook in oven at 250ยบ for 4 to 5 hours or until done and tender.
