Grilled Teriyaki & Pineapple Burger

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (4- to 5-ounce) hamburger patty
-
6 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
-
1 slice pineapple
-
1 slice tomato
-
1 leaf lettuce
-
1 slice red onion
-
1 bun of your choice, toasted and spread with mayonnaise or desired condiment

INSTRUCTIONS |
Brush hamburger patty with Teriyaki sauce and grill for seven to eight minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Brush pineapple slice with Teriyaki sauce and grill for a couple of minutes. Place burger on prepared bun. Top with grilled pineapple ring, tomato, lettuce, and red onion. Yield: 1 serving (repeat recipe for additional servings). |
