- 4 wheat wraps

1 large tomato, chopped Shredded lettuce

1 small onion, chopped

2 cucumbers, sliced

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 small can sliced black olives

2 carrots, shredded

Dressing of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS |
Heat wraps in microwave for 15 seconds. Layer all ingredients into each wrap; fold and wrap in foil. |
