Meats & Seafood - Chicken A-La-Peach



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (15-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained, reserving juice
  • Lemon-pepper seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash chicken and pat dry. Soak in peach juice one hour. Butter a baking pan and place chicken pieces inside. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning. Bake at 300ยบ for half an hour. Pour peaches on top. Cook 30 more minutes or until done.
