Desserts - Oreo Balls



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • White dipping chocolate or almond bark, melted as directed

INSTRUCTIONS
Crush Oreos until fine, using a food processor or by placing them in a freezer bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
In a gallon-size freezer bag, combine cookie crumbs and softened cream cheese. Knead until it forms a chocolate dough.
Roll into 1-inch balls and use a toothpick to dip each one in melted white chocolate or almond bark; place on waxed paper. If desired, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
