Salads - Shoepeg Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can tiny green peas
  • 1 can shoepeg corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar pimiento
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped green
  • pepper
  • Salad dressing:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine salad ingredients; set aside. Combine dressing ingredients; boil and cool. Toss salad with dressing; salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
