1 (2-ounce) jar pimiento

1 cup finely chopped celery

1 cup finely chopped onion

1 cup finely chopped green

pepper

Salad dressing:

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup vinegar

1/2 cup oil

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine salad ingredients; set aside. Combine dressing ingredients; boil and cool. Toss salad with dressing; salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate 12 hours before serving. |
