Grilled Corn

INGREDIENTS |
- 5 or 6 unshucked ears of corn

1/8 pound butter

Garlic salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS |
If corn is fresh, do not soak. Otherwise, soak in water for about half an hour. Place on low charcoal fire or gas grill. Keep turning ears until shucks are no longer green. Remove ears from grill. Melt butter in a dish, adding garlic salt if desired for extra flavor. Shuck the corn and roll ears in melted butter. |
