Cheddar Corn Chip Bake

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 pound ground beef

1 pound ground pork

1 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

1 small jar taco sauce or salsa

Salt and pepper to taste

1-pound bag corn chips
-
1 small bag shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small bag shredded Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS |
Cook beef, pork, onion, and bell pepper together until done; drain. Add sauce or salsa and salt and pepper to taste; mix well. In a deep casserole dish, layer half of the corn chips, meat mixture, mozzarella cheese, and Cheddar cheese; repeat layers. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
