Appetizers - Anna’s Southwestern Chili



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 to 2 pounds ground beef, browned
  • 2 cans shoepeg corn
  • 1 can navy beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 large can diced or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 11/2 cups water
  • 1 bag corn chips
  • Grated Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients except corn chips and grated cheese in a Crock-Pot and cook for two to three hours. To serve, line your bowl with corn chips, pour the chili over it, and top with cheese.
