Anna’s Southwestern Chili

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 to 2 pounds ground beef, browned

2 cans shoepeg corn
-
1 can navy beans
-
1 can black beans
-
1 can pinto beans
-
1 large can diced or crushed tomatoes
-
1 can Rotel
-
1 package taco seasoning
-
1 package ranch dressing mix
-
11/2 cups water
-
1 bag corn chips
-
Grated Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine all ingredients except corn chips and grated cheese in a Crock-Pot and cook for two to three hours. To serve, line your bowl with corn chips, pour the chili over it, and top with cheese. |
