INGREDIENTS |
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained

Ice water

1 bunch spinach
-
1 head lettuce
-
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced

1 can Chow Mein noodles

4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

½ pound bacon, crumbled

Dressing:
-
1/3 cup white vinegar
-
1 cup corn oil
-
¾ cup sugar
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS |
Soak bean sprouts 30 minutes in ice water and then drain. Mix all other salad ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Serve with salad.
