Salads - Oriental Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained
  • Ice water
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 can Chow Mein noodles
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • ½ pound bacon, crumbled
  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Soak bean sprouts 30 minutes in ice water and then drain. Mix all other salad ingredients together.
Combine dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Serve with salad.
