Grilled Florentine Steaks

INGREDIENTS |
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

¼ cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper
-
4 cloves garlic, cut into pieces
-
4 T-bone steaks, about 1-inch thick
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Place all ingredients except steaks in a food processor or blender. Cover and process until smooth. Cover and grill steaks about four inches from hot coals for 16 minutes, turning once after eight minutes. Brush with parsley mixture frequently until done.
