INGREDIENTS |
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon ketchup

2 dashes hot sauce

4 cups pecan halves
-
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS |
Melt butter in a Dutch oven. Remove from heat and add Worcestershire sauce. Add pecans, stirring to coat. Spread pecans evenly in a 15-x-10-x-1-inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 400° for 13 to 15 minutes, stirring every five minutes. Place pecans on waxed paper. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Cool completely. Yield: 4 cups.
