Pecan Pie Mini Muffins

| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-
1 cup chopped pecans

2/3 cup butter
-
2 eggs, beaten
-
Dash of salt

| INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix brown sugar, flour, and pecans. In a separate bowl, mix together butter, eggs, and salt.
Combine both groups and fill greased mini muffin cups /3 full. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes, watching carefully. Remove immediately to wire racks to cool.
