Beef Tips Cooked in Wine

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 pounds beef tips

Butter
-
1 whole garlic, chopped

3 tablespoons chopped onion
-
2 cans golden mushroom soup
-
3/4 cup red cooking wine
-
1/2 cup water
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
In a large skillet, brown beef tips in butter. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer on low heat for two hours or until beef tips are tender. Serve on rice or noodles.
