Meats & Seafood - Baked Pork Chops for Two



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 4 slices onion
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Soak rice for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper chops and brown on both sides; place in baking dish and cover with soaked rice. Place an onion slice on each chop and top with green pepper. Pour tomato soup and water over chops and bake for an hour at 325ยบ.
