Meats & Seafood - Maple Mustard Pork Chops



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 4 pork chops, each 3/4-inch thick

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare and preheat grill. Combine maple syrup, ginger, salt, pepper, and mustard in a small bowl; mix well to blend. Place pork chops on grill over medium heat and brush with sauce. Cover grill and cook for 10-15 minutes or until chops are cooked, turning once and brushing several times with the sauce.
The cook says: Serve these chops with your favorite yeast rolls, potatoes, and tossed salad. It’s a dish that’s sure to please!
