Meats & Seafood - Orange Glazed Ribs



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 pounds pork spare ribs
  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place ribs, meaty side down, in a shallow roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; drain off excess fat. Turn ribs meaty side up. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Continue baking for 30 more minutes. Combine marmalade, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger. Spoon half sauce over ribs. Bake 30 more minutes, spooning remaining sauce over ribs occasionally. Garnish with orange slices.
