1/4 cup butter

1 cup milk

3 teaspoons flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup quick-cooking oats

1/4 cup pecans

1/4 cup coconut

Unbaked pie shell

Combine first seven ingredients in bowl; mix well. Stir in oats, pecans, and coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350ยบ until set.
