Garlic Pizza Wedges

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (14-ounce) prebaked Italian bread shell

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 small red onion, chopped

3 teaspoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon dried oregano

INSTRUCTIONS |
Place bread on an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, and oregano. Spread over crust and bake at 450° for eight to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cut into wedges. Yield: 2 dozen. Note: Reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise is not recommended for this recipe.
