Sauces and Marinades - Garlic Marinade



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine garlic with salt; continue chopping garlic until mixture is a pulpy mass. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and oil; blend well. Brush over skewered steak cubes just before broiling.
