Pork Chop Casserole

INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 cup oil

4 pork chops
-
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/2 cup chopped green peppers

1 (15-ounce) can whole tomatoes, cut up

1 (16-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

1/2 cup water
-
1 (3-ounce) can French fried onions

INSTRUCTIONS |
Brown chops in oil; set aside. In skillet, combine remaining ingredients except onions; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup onions. Place mixture in a 9-x-13-inch dish. Arrange chops on top. Cover and bake at 350ยบ for 35 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining onions; bake an additional 10 minutes. |
