Deb’s Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS |
- 4 pork chops

1 small can Mandarin oranges (reserve juice)

3 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon prepared mustard
-
1/3 cup brown sugar.
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine butter, mustard, brown sugar, and reserved juice; place in a greased baking dish. Add pork chops and brown in oven at 375º. Turn chops; pour oranges over top and return to oven. Cook until tender. Note: Pears may be substituted for oranges |
