Meats & Seafood - Deb’s Pork Chops



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 small can Mandarin oranges (reserve juice)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar.

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine butter, mustard, brown sugar, and reserved juice; place in a greased baking dish. Add pork chops and brown in oven at 375º. Turn chops; pour oranges over top and return to oven. Cook until tender.
Note: Pears may be substituted for oranges
