Pear Waldorf Wraps

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 medium ripe pears, diced

1/2 cup thinly sliced celery

1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved

3 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts

3 tablespoons lemon yogurt
-
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
-
1/2 teaspoon poppy seed

5 (10-inch) tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS |
In a bowl, combine pears, celery, grapes, and walnuts. In another bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and poppy seed; mix well and add to pear mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for one hour. To serve, place 4 tablespoons of pear mixture on each tortilla. Tortilla may be cut in half before serving. Yield: 5 to 10 servings. |
