Rice and Pasta -
Surf and Turf Rice

INGREDIENTS |
- 4 tablespoons butter

1 1/2 cups onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1 pound ground beef
-
3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
-
1 pound seafood legs (such as crab meat)

2 cups rice, cooked

3 tablespoons soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS |
Saute vegetables in butter; remove and set aside. Fry beef and add seasonings. Mix all ingredients together and cook uncovered over medium to low heat for 10 minutes. Yield: Six servings. |
