Seafood Fettuccine

INGREDIENTS |
- 1/4 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

2 tablespoons minced fresh basil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

8 ounces imitation crabmeat, broken into pieces

8 ounces medium shrimp, cleaned, deveined, and cooked
-
1 (12- to 16-ounce) package fettuccine, cooked according to package directions

INSTRUCTIONS |
Heat oil in medium frying pan; add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Add broth and seasonings. Stir in imitation crabmeat and shrimp; cook until heated through for 3 to 5 minutes. Spoon over fettuccine; garnish with sprigs of parsley. If desired, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. |
