Meats & Seafood - Railroad Pie



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 4 weiners
  • 1 large can baked beans or pork and beans
  • 1 1/2 cups catsup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 ounces grated Velveeta cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef; drain. Cook weiners and cut into pieces. Combine beef and weiners with remaining ingredients and pour into a baked pie crust. Top with strips of American or Cheddar cheese. Place in oven long enough to melt the cheese.
