Meats & Seafood - Breakfast Pizza



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Chopped onions and mushrooms (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook sausage; drain. Grease a 13-x-9-inch pan with butter or margarine. Line pan with crescent rolls.
Sprinkle sausage on top of rolls. Beat eggs and pour on top of sausage. Sprinkle onions and mushrooms on top, if desired. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until done.
