Meats & Seafood - Leftover Turkey Hash



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 medium red-skinned potatoes, unpeeled, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 pound cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter in large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add half of onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Stir in potatoes, turkey, water, rosemary, bouillon cube, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add remaining onion and stir.
