Pork Tenderloin Marinade

INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup red wine

1/3 cup green onions, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger
-
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

1 large pork tenderloin cut in 1 1/4-inch-thick slices

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix all ingredients for marinade. Place the pork tenderloin slices in a glass baking dish, then pour marinade over top. Marinate for two days in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade and grill. Yield: Six to eight servings. |
