- 1 pie pastry

1/2 cup butter

1 cup sugar

3 egg yolks

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup chopped raisins

INSTRUCTIONS |
Line 12 muffin tins with pastry. Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks and beat well. Add milk, vanilla, raisins, and nuts. Mix well. Pour into pastry-lined muffin cups. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. If desired, top with meringue or whipped cream. |
