Blueberry Bread

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk

3 tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 cup fresh blueberries
-
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix eggs and sugar. Add milk and oil. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Combine mixtures and stir just until blended. Fold in blueberries and nuts. Pour into a greased 5-x-9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan. |
