Pancakes and Waffles - Aunt Rose’s Waffles



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs using rotary beater in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in milk. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg and milk mixture. Add melted, cooled butter. Beat until fluffy using rotary beater. Cook on pre-heated, greased waffle iron. Waffles are done when steam no longer comes out of iron.
